As a Registered Nurse (RN) with over 20 years of experience, my career has been enriched by 12 years in forensic psychiatry, where I served as a direct care Mental Health RN (MHRN). In this role, I had the privilege of working closely with patients, guiding and coaching them towards their best possible outcomes.

Throughout my journey, I also embraced leadership responsibilities as a Program Nurse Manager, mentoring and coaching staff to achieve their life and career goals. While I cherished these roles, it was through coaching that I truly thrived and discovered my ability to ignite the potential within others, guiding them to their shining moments.

In my pursuit of continuous growth, I expanded my expertise by completing Mental Health coaching and Life coaching courses, earning the title of a Certified Master Mental Health Coach. As a testament to my commitment to excellence, I am a proud member of both the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA).
